Using this site, the planner, or the coaching means these terms apply. They are written plainly on purpose.
LGZ Coaching provides financial education and coaching. I help you understand your own money and make your own decisions about it.
This is not investment, tax, or legal advice. I am not a licensed financial advisor, a registered investment adviser, a broker, an accountant, or an attorney, and nothing here creates the kind of relationship you would have with one. I do not manage assets, I never take custody of your accounts, I do not sell financial products, and I earn no commissions.
Nothing on this site or said in a session is a recommendation to buy or sell any specific security or product. For advice about your own situation, talk to a licensed professional.
You are responsible for what you do with your money. Financial outcomes depend on markets, taxes, your own choices, and plenty of things nobody controls, so nothing here is a promise or a guarantee of any particular result. Projections are estimates built on assumptions, and assumptions turn out wrong sometimes.
The LGZ Planner is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. It runs in your browser and stores your information on your own device. That means clearing your browser data deletes it and it cannot be recovered, by me or by anyone. Keeping your own records is your responsibility.
Its calculations are estimates meant to support a conversation, not tax filings or legal determinations. Check anything that matters against a professional before acting on it.
The first call is free and carries no obligation on either side. Paid coaching terms, including what it costs and how it is scheduled, get agreed with you directly before anything starts. Either of us can end the arrangement at any point.
Where this site links somewhere else, including the booking calendar, those services have their own terms and privacy policies. I am not responsible for how they operate.
To the fullest extent the law allows, LGZ Coaching is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site, the planner, or the coaching. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not permit it to be limited.
These terms can change, and the date at the top will say when they last did. Continuing to use the site or the coaching after a change means the new version applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
